WOMEN FOR WOMEN, o.p.s. Among the Czech 100 Best in 2022

Ivana Tykac, co-founder and director of WOMEN FOR WOMEN, o.p.s. (W4W), received an award in the Czech 100 Best competition for the year 2022 in the Health – Education – Humanitarian category. The aim of the competition, organized by COMENIUS, a pan-European society for culture, education, and scientific-technical cooperation, is to publicly recognize Czech companies or organizations achieving outstanding, exceptional, or positively remarkable results at a national level.

Ivana received the award during the 27th edition of the competition at the Spanish Hall of Prague Castle on Friday, December 2, 2022. For ten years, W4W has been supporting socially disadvantaged children and single-parent families, particularly through projects such as “Housing for Children – Security Deposit” and “Family Service”. Through the “Lunches for Children” project, W4W has provided school lunches for over 60,000 children across the entire Czech Republic.
