Personal Data Processing Principles

As a data subject, you have the following rights derived from legal regulations, which you can exercise at any time. These rights include (i) the right to access personal data, (ii) the right to correct inaccurate or untrue personal data, (iii) the right to erasure of personal data if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or if it is found that they were processed unlawfully, (iv) the right to restrict the processing of personal data, (v) the right to data portability, and (vi) the right to object, after which the processing of your personal data will be terminated unless it can be demonstrated that there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, especially if the reason is the potential enforcement of legal claims. You also have the option to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), where you can file a complaint if necessary.

• Right of Access to Personal Data: If you want to know whether ARTA is processing your personal data, you have the right to be informed about whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, you also have the right to access your personal data. In the event of a repeated request, ARTA may be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for a copy of the personal data provided. We will inform you of this procedure (the above applies mutatis mutandis to the exercise of the rights set out below).
• Right to Rectify Inaccurate and False Personal Data: If you believe that ARTA is processing inaccurate or false personal data about you, you have the right to request its correction. ARTA will make the correction without undue delay, taking into account technical possibilities.
• Right to Erasure: If you request erasure, ARTA will delete your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) ARTA is required to do so by law.
• Right to Restriction of Processing of Personal Data: If you are not interested in erasure but only in the temporary restriction of processing of your personal data, you can request ARTA to restrict the processing of your personal data.
• Right to Data Portability: If you want ARTA to transfer your personal data to a third party, you can exercise your right to data portability. If exercising this right could adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties, ARTA may not be able to comply with your request.
• Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of personal data that is processed for the purposes of carrying out a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or for the purposes of protecting the legitimate interests of ARTA. If ARTA does not demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that override your interests or rights and freedoms, it will terminate the processing without undue delay based on your objection.
