The company ARTA, spol. s r.o., ID: 49549391, with its registered office at Rybalkova 1433/14, 120 00 Prague 2 (hereinafter referred to as “ARTA”), protects all processed personal data as strictly confidential and handles them in accordance with applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. The security of your personal data is a top priority for us.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), ARTA is the controller of your personal data, meaning it collects, stores, and uses (processes in other ways) your personal data for the purpose of sending information and updates from Ing. Ivana Tykac. These Personal Data Processing Principles apply to (i) the processing of personal data voluntarily provided to ARTA by you.

Data Controller and Data Subject

The data controller is ARTA.

The data subject is a natural person who has provided their personal data to the data controller based on voluntary consent for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter on the website of Ing. Duration of Personal Data Processing

In the case of personal data processed based on the consent of the data subject, the data controller processes personal data for a period of 10 years unless the consent to the processing of personal data is revoked before that time. This does not affect the obligation of the data controller to process personal data for the duration specified by applicable legal regulations or in accordance with them.

Revoking Consent for Personal Data Processing

If a data subject has given consent to the data controller for the processing of personal data, they may freely revoke their voluntarily given consent for personal data processing at any time without charge. Revoking consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent that was given before its revocation. Revoking consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the data controller processes based on a legal basis other than consent (particularly when processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, legal obligation, or for other reasons specified in applicable legal regulations).

Access to Personal Data

The data controller and, if applicable, third parties – recipients who provide appropriate guarantees and whose processing meets the requirements of applicable legal regulations and ensures the proper protection of the rights of data subjects, have access to the personal data of data subjects.

  • Right of Access to Personal Data: If you want to know whether ARTA is processing your personal data, you have the right to be informed about whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, you also have the right to access your personal data. In the event of a repeated request, ARTA may be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for a copy of the personal data provided. We will inform you of this procedure (the above applies mutatis mutandis to the exercise of the rights set out below).
  • Right to Rectify Inaccurate and False Personal Data: If you believe that ARTA is processing inaccurate or false personal data about you, you have the right to request its correction. ARTA will make the correction without undue delay, taking into account technical possibilities.
  • Right to Erasure: If you request erasure, ARTA will delete your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) ARTA is required to do so by law.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing of Personal Data: If you are not interested in erasure but only in the temporary restriction of processing of your personal data, you can request ARTA to restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • Right to Data Portability: If you want ARTA to transfer your personal data to a third party, you can exercise your right to data portability. If exercising this right could adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties, ARTA may not be able to comply with your request.
  • Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of personal data that is processed for the purposes of carrying out a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or for the purposes of protecting the legitimate interests of ARTA. If ARTA does not demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that override your interests or rights and freedoms, it will terminate the processing without undue delay based on your objection.
